Join Will Eberle as he helps individuals and communities identify the lingo and phraseology that so often “triggers” people of differing viewpoints and prevents real communication and understanding. Throughout attendees will formulate strategies to enhance the respect people of diverse backgrounds hold for each other despite differences in identity and beliefs.

Participants will gain new skills to enhance the effectiveness of their communication and build more effective, more diverse, coalitions to respond to urgent community needs.A conversation to create tools for rebuilding connections, strengthening relationships and communities, and bridging the gulf of contemporary identity politics.
