Will trains, consults, speaks, and informs policy on trauma, homelessness, mental health and addiction recovery, supported employment, equity, educational access and economic empowerment nationally. Will is the Director of Weatherization and Climate Impact at Capstone Community Action.

Prior to that, he served for two years as the Executive Director of “Recovery Vermont” (The Vermont Association for Mental Health and Addiction Recovery)  – Vermont’s oldest and largest recovery organization; and a Field Director at the Vermont Agency of Human Services and the Executive Director of Another Way, a mental health drop-in center – for six years respectively. Will started his career as a street outreach worker and at-risk youth trainer and mentor. He has overcome homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges.

In recent years these overlapping problems have strained resources across the state, and can divide communities as they struggle to find solutions. Join Will Eberle as he explores how to surmount the effect of bias and stigma so we can improve the health, happiness, and sense of belonging for all Vermonters.
