Words in the Woods

Enjoy our state's natural beauty while engaging with writers.

Words in the Woods

Just in time for summer, our new “Words in the Woods” program will allow Vermonters and visitors to enjoy our state’s natural beauty while listening to and reading literature in the outdoors.

Please note: due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were unable to hold public events such as Words in the Woods in the summer of 2020. However, we recorded several exclusive video events with poets, produced on-location at Vermont State Parks.
