An Acoustic Evening with Kaki King and Treya Lam

Live Event
November 3: 7:00 pm

An evening of musical innovation with Guitarist Kaki King and Multi-instrumentalist Treya Lam presented with the UVM Lane Series.

Kaki King is widely respected as one of the world’s great contemporary guitarists. The instrument truly shines in her hands, and there isn’t a style she hasn’t mastered. She has also served as a mentor to many young artists, including treya lam, releasing treya’s debut album on her label and hiring them to open for her on tour.

treya lam is a multi-instrumentalist and composer whose joyously complex identity informs but does not define their work, whether solo or when collaborating with a variety of multidisciplinary ensembles. Their evocative voice, politically charged songwriting and fluency on guitar, piano and looped viola recalls Nina Simone and Andrew Bird.

Tickets: $39.50 Adult | $6.50 Student (Inclusive of Fees)
