Join award-winning cartoonist and educator Marek Bennett as he presents some of the many comics documenting human migrations and struggles throughout the ages, and lead a hands-on demo to show how YOU can cartoon the stories of your own family, neighborhood, and wider world.
This is a hybrid program for older children and teens; adults also welcome. Join in person at Brownell or Dorothy Alling Memorial Libraries, or register on the libraries’ events calendars to receive the virtual link.
This is the first session of a two part series, with a follow up program to finish your comic on February 24th, 4:30-5:30pm.
