Scholar Barry Deitz looks at the life and times of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes. He discusses the inspiration for Holmes and examines what other writers, actors, and directors have done with the character over the past 30 years.
About Barry Deitz
Barry Deitz has worked as a librarian, bookstore manager, radio host, news anchor, actor, television show host, and documentary film maker. He has presented over 100 programs around New England on topics such as Sherlock Holmes, World War I American writers, Dracula, and Charles Dickens.
