Pulp Culture: Comics and Activism Symposium

Since 2017, the Vermont Folklife Center has hosted a comics symposium at the Fleming Museum at the University of Vermont. This year, the Pulp CultureComics and Activism Symposium will span a full week and will include two Vermont Humanities events: a First Wednesdays talk by graphic memoirist Alison Bechdel and a visit to the Flynn Center by Congressman John Lewis and Andrew Aydin. 

 All of these events are free and open to the public, although tickets to Lewis and Aydin’s talk have sold out.
