All are invited to the first Vets Town Hall at Vermont’s State House. Veterans are invited to speak about why they enlisted, what they experienced, and how it affected them. Non-veterans are encouraged to attend and listen.
This event is free, non-political, and all perspectives are valued. There will be no debate on American foreign policy. The goal is to increase understanding between veterans and non-veterans in our community.
Local partners include Lt. Governor John Rodgers and Rep. Jill Krowinski, as well as James Ehlers, who will emcee. Supported in part by Vermont Veterans Fund.
