James Alic of Ludlow is a retired business executive. Jim joined the Board in December 2013 as a Governor’s appointee. Jim is chair of the Executive Director Annual Review and Audit Committees and a member of the Finance Committee. He has held positions at Ford Motor Company, RCA, Reed Exhibition Companies, Advanstar Communications, and IBM, where he was Vice President and Corporate Controller.
In retirement, he continues to be active in corporate affairs and in Vermont, where he has been a director of Spring Lake Ranch, Friends of the Ludlow Auditorium, and the Vermont Center for the Book. Jim earned his undergraduate degree at Northwestern and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
