You Come Too

Poetry Discussions at VHC

Join Executive Director Peter Gilbert for poetry discussions with neighbors and friends. The “You Come Too” series began in November 2008. Poets explored in the series have included Robert Frost, British poets such as John Donne, William Wordsworth, and T.S. Eliot, and contemporary poets such as Billy Collins, Mary Oliver, and Seamus Heaney. Most recently, readers explored the work of E.E. Cummings as part of Montpelier's celebration of National Poetry Month.

Read the session's poems in advance or read them upon arriving. Refreshments are served. RSVPs are encouraged, at 802.262.2626, ext. 307, or e-mail. Spur of the moment participants are welcome.

5:30 pm on selected dates at VHC's offices, 11 Loomis Street, Montpelier
