Payment, registration, and cancellations: The $99 ($69 student) fee includes all conference programs, a packet of conference reading, continental breakfast, buffet lunch, and snacks. Reservations for the Friday night buffet dinner at Stoweflake are no longer being taken. The reservation date for the dinner has passed. This dinner is optional and additional, provided as a convenience to conference-goers. The $40 includes a full meal, tax, and tip. A cash bar will be available.
Registration deadline: October 22. Space is limited; registration is first-come, first-served. After the deadline, registrations will be accepted as space is available. Register securely online or use registration form to fax with a credit card (802.262.2620) or mail (one person per form). Instructions: 1.) Save the PDF form to your computer. 2.) Open the saved file. 3.) Type directly in the fields. 4.) Re-save the PDF form. 5.) Print the form to mail or fax.
Cancellations: refund less $25 fee until October 22; no refund after October 22. Scholarships: deadline is October 12. Apply using the fillable pdf. Instructions: 1.) Save the PDF form to your computer. 2.) Open the saved file. 3.) Type directly in the fields. 4.) Re-save the PDF form. 5.) E-mail the PDF as an attachment (prefered) or print the form to mail or fax.
Other details: Students and teachers are encouraged to attend; certification letters are available. Special pricing is available to groups affiliated with an institution such as a school. An on-site bookstore will be open Saturday.
Lodging: Rooms at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort and Spa are $125 (plus tax) single or double on a first-come, first-served basis. For reservations, 800.253.2232 or stoweflake.com. Mention the conference to receive the conference rate (good November 9–10).
