We use an e-mail service called Constant Contact to send our newsletters. All information is kept confidential. You may unsubscribe from either e-mail at any time.

After you put your e-mail address in and hit GO, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for the e-newsletters that interest you. If you are already on the VHC e-newsletter list, you will be asked to update your profile. Updating your profile means you can select your preferences for what e-mails you receive and also change your e-mail address.
